Evolving your trust
What’s been going on in the world of trust this week? I’m glad you asked!
A couple more short-form videos found their way out. Some thoughts about the value of mutual trust at work and also why young people don’t trust brands on social media.
But this week’s longer-form piece is all about the evolution of trust . In the video I talk about this excellent game intended to illustrate how trust can develop. If you’re a trust-nerd, go have a look.
Over on Medium I argue in favour of trusting the experts. Not just because they know more than you, but actually because trusting them might actually enable you to benefit from their expertise in ways that you won’t if you have to check up on them at each step of the way.
One additional bit of fun is a new podcast with myself and Andy Fisher. By the time you read this, ‘This is not an episode’ should be out! We’re only on Spotify at this point—some teething problems getting the RSS feeds to work out.
That’s it, though. Nothing more exciting this week. Off you pop.
