Trust Issues (and Other Problems Worth Having)
Another week, another smattering of trusty-updates.
The most recent YouTube video is now up exploring the darker side of trust. The gist? Sometimes trust brings unwanted consequences. There are ways to mitigate the negative impacts. And the video explores all of that. Definitely worth a look if you lead or manage people or if you’re just a trust nerd. And let’s be realistic, if you’re reading this, you’re a trust nerd. So it’s worth a look :)
